Omega-3 Intake linked to Lower Risk of Mortality

A study in the Journal of Internal Medicine (October 2018) followed 240,729 men and 180,580 women for 16 years and found that those with the highest intake of omega-3 fatty acids had the lowest risk of mortality from any cause.

Some High Omega-3 foods include: mackerel, salmon, herring, oysters, sardines, anchovies, caviar, flaxseeds, chia seeds, walnuts..... and of course one can also find Omega-3 supplements.
