Integrative Health as part of the Whole
A whole-person approach to understanding your health, uncovering patterns, and creating thoughtful, personalized paths toward greater well-being.

Health Rarely Exists In Isolated Pieces
When something isn’t working, I look broadly, at symptoms, laboratory results, nutrition, lifestyle, history, patterns and the seemingly unrelated details that may help us understand what is actually going on.
My approach is investigative rather than formulaic.
I don’t begin with a predetermined system or assume that what works for one person will work for another. We look at you, what your body is telling us, what has already been tried, and what may have been overlooked.
What We May Explore
Laboratory results and health history
Nutrition and metabolic health
Supplements
Hormone health
Sleep, stress and energy
Lifestyle and environmental influences
Questions to investigate further with your physician
Patterns or constellations that haven't previously been considered

How I Work
I research deeply, ask a great many questions and look for connections across the entire picture.
Sometimes the most useful clue is something that initially appears insignificant.
The objective is not to follow a protocol simply because it is conventional. but to understand why something may be happening and what information could help us make better decisions.
This Work May Be a Good Fit If
1
You have reached the point where simply managing symptoms or collecting disconnected opinions is no longer enough.
2
You want to understand your health more deeply, investigate possibilities, and become an informed participant in the decisions about your body.
3
You are ready for a collaborative, thoughtful process that looks beyond the obvious.

“The body is not separate from the mind, nor the mind from the life you live.
When we understand the whole picture, new possibilities become visible.”
