I'm Zsuzsu Illes, an Intuitive Insight Strategist & Mentor.
My Story
I have always been deeply interested in what makes people, animals and situations work — and what gets in the way when they do not.
My work developed through decades of observation, questioning, pattern recognition, research and real-world experience. Whether I am looking at a personal decision, a relationship, a health issue or a horse, I tend to notice the details and connections that others may overlook.
I do not work from a predetermined system. I listen, ask questions, look closely at what is actually happening, and help people see what may not yet be obvious.
Alongside my private advisory work, I’m the founder of ReBalance Expert, where I apply the same pattern-recognition approach to equine biomechanics, saddle fit, hoof balance, and rehabilitation.

My Background
I grew up in India and the Middle East in a multicultural environment that exposed me early to very different ways of thinking, living and understanding the world. My parents were Hungarian refugees, which added another layer of cultural perspective to my upbringing.
From a young age I became interested in health, human behavior, spirituality and the question of why people experience life so differently.
After university in Paris, I moved to the United States and built a career working with horses. Decades of observing horses, people and the relationship between the two sharpened my ability to recognize subtle patterns, inconsistencies and underlying causes.
That same curiosity has shaped my lifelong study of health, behaviour, relationships and human potential.
