3) You have an excessive cravings for carbs that just won't go away.


In order to be hydrated we need to drink enough water for our individual body and lifestyle - it's not a number it's an individual need. A big mistake many people make is to underestimate their water intake requirements.

And we need to be intaking enough minerals daily. The most important minerals for hydration ard also be called electrolytes) assist our cells to absorb the water needed. Without this water our cells cannot function the way they need to and we end up feeling ...... blah, or we have back and joint pains, lethargic, depressed.... etc
