For overweight and obese men who have hypogonadism - a medical condition in which the body’s sex glands (the gonads — testes in males, ovaries in females) produce little or no sex hormones.
In men:
It results in low testosterone levels and can cause symptoms such as decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, fatigue, loss of muscle mass, and infertility.
Causes may be primary (testicular failure) or secondary (pituitary or hypothalamic dysfunction).
(In women;
It involves low estrogen and progesterone production, leading to irregular or absent menstrual periods, infertility, and menopausal symptoms.
I wonder if this would help women too.)
