Magnesium- YES YOU NEED TO TAKE IT!

Some sources say that nearly 45% of the U.S. population doesn’t get enough magnesium, primarily because our diets lack sufficient dark leafy greens where magnesium is abundant, or our bodies cannot access the magnesium due to the anti nutrients in plants and we need to focus our way of eating to be carnivore.

Lifestyle factors, including sleep deprivation, stress and alcohol consumption, also lead to

a decrease in magnesium levels

And even marginally low magnesium consumption can take a toll on your health and lead to Accelerated Aging and the Chronic Disease

Magnesium has been studied for its potential role in preventing and treating migraines,

high blood pressure, osteoporosis and many more dis-ease conditions.
