Here’s the recipe. Quick, easy, simple and Fun!
3/4 cup Raw Cacao Powder
1/4 cup Organic Whole Milk powder (skip if you like dark chocolate)
1 cup Bochasweet powdered sugar
1 tsp high quality Vanilla extract
1 tsp high quality Pure Cocoa extract
3/4 cup Raw Cacao butter
1 cup Almonds (roasted and/or salted at home) optional OR any other nut.
Melt Cacao Butter over Medium heat preferably in a nonstick pan.
Add the sugar and stir gently.
Put heat down to Low.
Add Raw Cacao powder and the optional Organic Milk powder, and fold the ingredient(s) in whilst stirring. Add the Vanilla and Pure Cocoa extracts.
Mix everything until it’s smooth
Pour the mixture into silicone molds.
Refigerate the chocolate for 2 hours or until it is completely solid.
