Get To Know Me
I was born in India and spent my childhood between India and the Middle East, to Hungarian refugee parents. I was raised with a deep appreciation for different cultures, perspectives, and ways of life.
Tibetan Buddhist teachings were part of my early life, shaping my understanding of the mind, compassion, and the importance of inner awareness. I later lived in Paris, where I was exposed to new ideas, people, and experiences that further broadened my worldview.
I now live in the United States, where I found my greatest teachers, horses. Horses taught me about presence, observation, and the power of non-verbal communication. Through them, I learned to recognize patterns, trust intuition, and understand the subtle dynamics that influence behavior.
These life experiences, from my international upbringing to my spiritual influences, to my work with horses, have all come together to inform the way I support others today. They’ve given me a unique perspective and a deep respect for the complexity and beauty of the human experience.
