Most of us know by now that in order to bring our stress levels down we need to learn to meditate. And yet we find ourselves in an awful circular loop - too stressed to meditate, too busy to meditate, too exhausted to meditate, meditating is too boring, etc.
The interesting aspect of meditation is that it can be linked to, and the resulting benefits can be equivalent to, what science is now calling 'Being in the State of Flow'.
